Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Rate

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 on all orders within the United States.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that delays may occur due to the shipping carrier.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


Lost or Delayed Packages

WesternLuxe is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.
